Racing in these challenging times asks for a lot of measurements to make the event happen. We kindly ask to follow the rules and regulations of the event:

- If you already have your number from last week you only have to sign in at the registration. Bring your licence and chip-number;
- If you don't have a number yet, you can pick one up at the registration. You have to pay €5,- for the back- and steer number, which you can keep for the rest of this years races. Bring your licence and chip-number;
- If you don't have a (working) chip, you can rent one at the registration.
Racing in these challenging times asks for a lot of measurements to make the event happen. We kindly ask to follow the rules and regulations of the event:
Preparations before the event
- Are you in a risk group of covid-19? Don't come to the event;
- Do you have any symptoms (coughing, fever, loss of taste etc) that can be linked to covid-19? Don't come to the event;
- Follow the current travel advice from your country;
- Install the Payconiq App on your phone so you can pay contactless.
- Install the Proof-Me App on your phone for the covid-19 check;
- Everyone wears a mouth mask at the event and riders bring an extra mask for after the race;
- Each rider can only bring 1 attendant and 1 extra attendant (€5,-);
- Online registration closes a week for the start, at the race day it is not possible to register;
- There are some team places, first come first serve;
- Showers can be used during the weekend;
- Try to spend as little time as possible at the event. In this way we can manage the total of number of visitors at the terrain.
- Parking is at Houtpark, 3580 Beringen, follow the signs to get at the right parking. Parking costs €5,- for cars and €15,- for campers. At the parcing you receive three wristbands: 1 for the participant and 1 for the attendant. Without wristband you are not allowed on the event terrain;
- Extra attendant wristbands are €5,- each (children under 12 for free)
- You only receive this wristbands once, so if you will be there multiple days keep them on;
- Make sure that your wristband is visible on your arm;
- Other spectators can visit the event, but there is limited space. You can get a wristband for one daypart (Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon or Sunday Afternoon, and cost €5,-. If your daypart is ended, you’ll have to leave the terrain;
- At the entrance of the parking everyone has to register via the Proof Me scan app on your phone;
- If you don’t have a smartphone you can register on paper. Make sure you bring your own pen;
- Parking at the Be-mine shopping centre is not allowed. Participant who park there will be disqualified;
- As soon as you enter the event terrain, everyone has to wear a mouth mask.
- Spectators have to wear mouth masks at all times;
- Riders only don’t have to wear a mask during the races and during the track exploration;
- Keep your distance to other riders before, during and after the parkour exploration;
- Riders wear a mask before the start procedure and keep distance;
- As soon as a rider enters the starting box, they can throw the mask in the container at the entrance;
- After the finish you directly put on your mask again;
- Cooling down after the race can be done outside of the event terrain. After getting back on the terrain, you immediately have to put on your mask again. So bring your mask if you leave the terrain.
- The technical zone can be entered via the north side of the Terril. It is located at the top of the Terril, near the main road.
- The technical zone is set up widely. Keep your 1,5m distance to other attendants in the technical zone;
- You can only enter the technical zone with the wristband for attendants;
- Attendants only pick up the bidon of their own rider(s);
- Attendants bring their own disinfectant gel which they can use for their hands after every passage of the riders.
